What to Expect During Your MLD Session?

Before your session, we’ll begin with a brief consultation to review your health history, needs, and goals, followed by gentle deep-breathing exercises to help you settle in.

During the session, a soft, rhythmic, feather-light touch guides lymphatic flow along the body’s natural drainage pathways. You’ll be comfortably supported as slow, wave-like movements encourage fluid movement and nervous system relaxation. Many clients experience a deep sense of calm, leaving the session feeling lighter, relaxed, and rejuvenated. Visible results may include reduced puffiness, smoother contours, and a refreshed complexion.

Dressing for your appointment: Wear a wide-neck, V-neck, or tank-top style for easy access to the collarbone and neck area.

Contraindications:
For your safety and wellbeing, MLD should be avoided during:
 • Active infections or fever
 • Acute allergic reactions
 • Cancer
 • Congestive heart failure
 • Deep Vein thrombosis
 • Lymph nodes removed above collar bone
 • Uncontrolled high blood pressure
